I saw this one. very dark inside no ventilation and very depressing. HOA is also way high.

I am thinking about 375 is good. But looks like they have multiple offers already. I guess I will wait for couple of weeks and see if any boy closes on it.

I am thinking it is already 23 yrs old. By the time I want to sell it probably 7yrs it will 30yrs already. Though the condos around have higher HOA atleast the buildings are 10yrs old.
