Realtytrac is terrible, by the way. I mistakenly subscribed for a month. It was slow, always crashing or asking for login info. Am now trying Foreclosure.com with much better results. I have a specific area in mind and figure that if I keep an it one of the NODs will pan out and I can be there at the right time. Am I fooling myself?
