Flu, that is my main point, that it works for me, I am not out posting for anybody else to do it. I did not say anything about a “refi hoe”, but now that you bring it up……..

Flu, you keep harping on this subject. For myself, I do not want to be locked into much of anything right now that is not liquid, if I decide to buy an “asset” I can do it that day. No offense on this timing thing, but you have re-fied how many times? And rates are still low.

desmondParticipantSDR if fixated on “his hood” so most everything he writes about is regarding this small, defined area, fine-no problem. But not everybody lives in, wants to buy, or is discussing this area and they see other trends that are actually happening elsewhere.
