David JParticipantI looked at this place a while ago and aside from the huge sum of money it would require just to get this place back to a livable condition, it being on Madra and not at all set back from the street is a complete deal killer.
I do not believe there is a low enough price that would get me to actually live in the house. I’m sure there is a price where it would make sense to buy and rent out to a bunch of SDSU students, like the house across the street, but I am not looking for that type of property.
