ParticipantI used to own a motorcycle (a nice little Ninja 500) that I used for commuting. I used it for a year and half in Monterey, and it was great. Then I moved to Los Angeles, and after a few months decided to sell the motorcycle because on a daily basis people were trying to kill me, some it seemed, even purposefully.
Some days I consider buying a motorcycle again, but I’m not sure if I would feel any safer here in San Diego.
I’ve been driving a 4 cylinder Camry also for the last 5 years and I feel it is a good quality all-around car.

ParticipantI also live in the area. As for the first phase of the construction, they are still being sold as condos and some people have moved in. I don’t know what will happen with the second phase of the construction, but they seem to be building it pretty quickly.

Participant5892 Madra has me confused.
If I understand correctly, it was foreclosed on by a private lender earlier this month and is now again on the market as a short-sale. Why would the private lender foreclose on the house and purchase it at the trustee sale just to turn around and list the house as a short sale?
