ParticipantI grew up with Kaiser HMO in Los Angeles and stopped a few years ago. I couldn’t stand them. It often would take months before being able to get a non-emergency appointment and the place was always overcrowded. Doctors were completely inaccessible.
I don’t know how it is here in San Diego as I now have a PPO for insurance.

I don’t know how it is here in San Diego as I now have a PPO for insurance.
