DataAgentParticipantBack in late 2007, my wife and I looked all over Scripps Ranch. I was sold. She wasn’t. She wanted to live closer to the water. Bike rides around Mission Bay. Happy hours on Garnet Ave. Seal-watching at La Jolla Cove. The wife won. So we bought a small house in Bay Ho. Right behind the Costco on Morena Blvd. We both really like the area. Scripps Ranch offers more house for the money but our coastal location is hard to beat. Low utility bills too. No A/C needed.
