ParticipantThe MLS has the full report/disclosure of what repair was done on the houses. I don’t think they dug up and redid the foundation of the house. It says that the existing foundation was reinforced by adding a reinforced curtain wall foundation around the exterior of the home slab. The new foundation was then connected to the existing one.

ParticipantI think most of the homes along that ridge have some foundation issue. The other home that came on the market as REO a few days back had severe cracks in the dry wall. The windows did not open and you could see diagonal cracks in the stucco outside all windows. Personally, I have decided to stay away from the whole Legacy community… and with the builder asking these prices, no way! The market is so hot that I feel people are buying anything. The other home I mentioned went pending in a week.
