The bank just came back with a counter, they want $625k, should we just agree to it, stand at our original offer, or counter something in between, perhaps $625k but $5k more towards closing cost?

confusedrenterParticipantThe melloroos are $280 and the HOA fees are $100. It seems really difficult to get away from these fees in this area. The house is in amazing condition. Wood floors, travertine, granite, very clean and well maintained.
