scaredy, but that doesn’t mean the lawyer you pay thousands dollar to can’t be equally clueless. Most people has simple straightforward living trust, so I can’t imagine what’s the huge value addition that a lawyer could provide. Anyway, I am going to buy a book from Nolo Press on this subject to see if I can figure it out myself.

carlsbadworkerParticipantI am still confused about the best and most inexpensive way to form a trust. If you don’t have group legal services in your company, what is the “redfin” site for lawyers that you can compare the review and price? My google search turns out firms that charge $700 for a living trust, and the seminar I attended before charges $1000, and the recommendation above charges $1300, and legal zoom only charges $250…I mean, isn’t the price too random for basically the same kind of work?

carlsbadworkerParticipantI am with Jim Chanos now and I believe there is a RE bubble in China that would make the US one pale in comparisons. So I don’t believe math skill is the cause of bubble, it is only when the market frenzy psycho kicks in. Almost everyone in China’s big city now believe house will make them rich even though the rental yield is very small.
