I just locked in 15 year fixed at 3.625% and will pay $300 closing. If later I can get 3.25% or lower, I will do it again. It is hard to do the market timing, but I will get whatever I can now. If the rate goes lower and costs you nothing later,go for it!as

ParticipantTooooo bad. I just locked in last Friday for 15-year fixed rate at 3.625% with 0point, $300 closing cost. The loan officer got my $700 deposit(will return to me after the closing.)
