“one off-street parking
space per occupant eighteen years of age and older, less one will be
accommodated on the premises.”Because it is a condo complex, they just park in “visitor” spots; all the parking is off-street and on premises. The HOA does not enforce the “visitor” parking rules, but there is ample amount of visitor parking.
I agree that five adults in a studio would be too many as well, but I have no idea if there is any regulation against it.

“A Residential High Occupancy Permit is required for a single dwelling unit
when the occupancy of the dwelling unit would consist of six or more persons
eighteen years of age and older residing in the dwelling unit for a period of 30
or more consecutive days.”Two of the seven people are children, so the residential high occupancy permit is not required.
Svelte- that is a good point, that I hadn’t considered. But I still would feel bad for buyers unaware of the situation.

I just want whoever buys it to like noise so they can enjoy their new home. Unless it’s an investor, in which case they may have a high turnover rate with renters, but that’s okay.
