    Well when started looking all options I found Union Bank of California providing CDs that we can invest in Foreign currency (many doing Switzerland and Australia CDs), Few moved all their money to Longterm Bonds (expected APR is 7%) and I am taking also move all my 401K etc to longterm bonds for a couple of years.

    Metals market is going to volatile due to Feds interruption to lower interest rate and sure they can’t stop market falling further but also not give us good chance to invest in Metals too.

    Generally we are in the process of making mistakes over happened mistakes. Then the question comes where the heck smart people behind and let this kind of situation happened. Wow now “US-Hey! the great” is kind of hard to spell even rather than live here.

    This place SUCKS and a lot money need to be invested to clean up the crap there. Also this location is not in 4S ranch and having a very small roads (unable to pass one vehivle if any big vehicle in to these roads). Not a good parking drives.. could be those are all shared ones. Yes it is not worth of the price for this place.

    This is another big mistake that ZANDI thinking to do like Greespan did several years back with non stop lowering rates and allowing mortgages free fly. Now with ZANDI’s options several fake forclosures would come and they don’t get clues until next havoc shows after a couple of years. I belive we have several below normal knowledge folks are on our trend setters and it is our fata virtue now a days…
