I wonder why the folks who bought after Jan 1st, 1st 2008 and before April 1st, 2008 don’t qualify for any of these govt hand-outs?For all those who bought before Jan 1st 2008, there is H4H/HOPE a.k.a. loan modification.
For all those who bought After April 1st 2008, there is $7500 non-refundable credit.
What did we do?
