I e-mailed the DMV with my reccomendation that next to the weight on someones license it says “zestimate.”
In a few years, stand up comedians will start using this in routines “really I am 9 inches according to my zestimate”, “My zestimate says I am a size six.” I could go on but I’ll spare you, it’s a basic computer program evaluating closed sales per square feet and historical appreciation in a given area. It also uses last sale so it can be really off on a given street, awarding higher values to homes that have sold in the last few years. Ignore the zestimate and just use it for what it is worth, last sale data, tax data, sq ft and sat photo all intergrated, nothing more.
Maybe there is fortune cookie version but instead of using “in bed” as the suffix, we could use “in 2005”, so any zestimate numbner add the suffix “in 2005” and it will work. My house is worth 700k (in 2005), see it works.
