Not many on this board will agree, Bullet Trains, the Internet and the Government will carry California for decades. People will be lining up to buy $750k + homes. Who cares if the middle class is all but washed up here. Denial? No, everybody who bought in the last 2 or so years is 20-30% on the upside.
