Who’s getting the really good prices?

I would think this is a good thing. Sounds like a lot of the inventory issues is that the banks can’t process the homes fast enough.

If these bulk buyers come in and basically take a cut of the bank’s money in order to get the home on the market, that’s fine.

Remember these homes have to come on the market at some point anyway. If there are too many of them, it will force the price to come down.

These bulk investors are not going to be living in the homes. Families will eventually make their way into these homes.

If there are more homes than there are families, the price will drop.

I know it wouldn’t make sense, but I wish they would just put a whole bunch of homes on the market at the bulk price and let the public bid wars begin..

My point is exactly that. The “familes” are paying the higher prices because these “sales” are not being recorded. Guess who benefits from the families paying higher prices. The banks maybe? BTW they are only able to cut theses seeet deals becasue they have recieved tax payer bailout money from …………..drumroll please………..the taxpayer.
So why as a person who wants to live in a home do I not get to see the price that it is truely worth. If you ask me it is legal just becasue people are unaware that it is going on.
