ParticipantI know it wouldn’t make sense, but I wish they would just put a whole bunch of homes on the market at the bulk price and let the public bid wars begin..

My point is exactly that. The “familes” are paying the higher prices because these “sales” are not being recorded. Guess who benefits from the families paying higher prices. The banks maybe? BTW they are only able to cut theses seeet deals becasue they have recieved tax payer bailout money from …………..drumroll please………..the taxpayer.
