I don’t actually plan on buying anything at a foreclosure auction, but the rubbernecker in me is wondering what the sales prices have been like at recent foreclosure/courthouse auctions? Is there a site where I can look up this information?
I like the idea that those auctions are working for me — every new lower price will lower the comps for the house I will buy a year from now.
