ParticipantCmon BG I thought you had at least half a brain. When someone posts a response to a thread that hasnt been active for 3 years do you think it could be a spammer. Try clicking on the user name which is always minutes old. Everyone else on this site has figured out how to ignore them. Its about time you did too.

ParticipantIf those homes were 1.3-1.4 then in 08 what are they now?
My advice to him if I saw this back then would be to take out the 400k, rent in Solano Beach, buy a ferrari, and develop a new drug habit. Something in with the times like mainlining oxy’s. That would be a fun few years there.

ParticipantIt is an old thread BG.Even without the date stamps you can tell because there isn’t a Realtor asking to be PM’d on the second post. The patient practice and art of schmoozing and begging clients has fallen off quite a bit around here. On this thread nothing happened until the third post and then it consumed the thread with posts that make yours look tiny.
