I think the question is more appropriate to ask “where then when” not “when and where”. Once you know where, you can figure out when as the clock is different for various locales. I’ll take heat but i’ll say it anyway. It’s not just where and when but just importantly what. Finding a house oyu actually like is much harder than most piggies think. If I was looking in a desireable locale, I would be looking in earnest this coming Summer and be ready to pull the trigger between Late September and mid-December if I found something I loved that seemed to be a great value for the current market at the time.
