Problem is that you can’t get ‘every single person’ to all agree to do anything. This reminds me of those chain emails that tell everyone to boycott XYZ gas station for one day and then watch for the gas prices to fall, LOL!

That's why I would recommend on trying to bend your taxes (not necessarily cheat).

 

Yes, it's probably not the right thing to do. But I don't see the point of handing money over to bailout other people's poor financial decisions either. Yes, I'll pay for road, schools, etc.
