Hey OCR, even owners of those big north Poway lots are worried about large lots requiring lots of water taking property value hits:In reference to a new tiered water rate in Poway:
“The [Green Valley Civic] association says the new structure will lead to a decrease in property values, as well as unfair increases in the bills of large water consumers, even if they manage to conserve a large amount of water.”[/quote]
Yeah. We got a letter from our water department asking us to cut our water usage by 8% compared to what previous owners used. They want us to keep summer usage under 70,000 gallons/month.
Our last water bill was $160.
