ParticipantThe latest incident was when a buyer pretended that he wanted to make an offer on a property I showed him. I spent two hours explaining the contract to him line by line. He does not speak English well, so I translated for him. The next day, he called me to say that he wanted to withdraw the offer because he signed an offer with another agent!!!! An agent whom I know can only speak English but gives rebates! He was not serious about the properties I showed him. All along, all he needed was a translator. I was crestfallen and wondering why incidents like this keep happening to me. I wasted gas, time, and effort. Maybe I should join this rebate company. When you can’t beat them, join them, right?
