I used to go to a website that tells you the price, address, and the name of buyer of a home. It appears as a list by zipcode. I can’t seem to remember what website it is now? Maybe it was thru title company?
Please help? It’s driving me crazy!

The reason I want to know is because that was how I found out my buyer lied to me. Imagine when I looked at the site and saw his name!!! He went behind my back and bought a house thru another rebate agent!
I emailed him and he never responded. To think of how he used me to show him homes and lied to me that he was moving to LA…. made me mad! Oh well….

Did he breach the exclusivity contract where he was bound to use you as an agent for a specified time period? If so, can’t you ask for your commission?
