ParticipantClose enough, but SDDT.com it’s paid website.
The one I used was free! The reason I want to know is because that was how I found out my buyer lied to me. Imagine when I looked at the site and saw his name!!! He went behind my back and bought a house thru another rebate agent!
I emailed him and he never responded. To think of how he used me to show him homes and lied to me that he was moving to LA…. made me mad! Oh well….Thanks anyway!

ParticipantDid he breach the exclusivity contract where he was bound to use you as an agent for a specified time period? If so, can’t you ask for your commission?
