    That is my wife’s plan. Unlike a lot of the other sucker FBs here in SD, I opted to keep my B**ls out of her purse.

    Don’t need hindsight glasses. Recessions are a fact of life

    When the media and everyone is crying “recession, recession” and when the average job feels the job losses, that’s the time to buy. You might not catch the absolute bottom but you can’t really go wrong.

    The key is to have money in the bank and the credit worthiness to buy when everyone is cutting back.

    Hindsight???? It’s a heavy reliance on hindsight that got a lot of people into trouble with this and whole slew that don’t even know they are in trouble yet. Just look at the posts over the weekend of people looking to buy in 4S!!! WTF are they thinking??

    I don’t drive using my rearview mirror because it only tells me where I’ve been and not where I want to go.
