Love it!
Quite frankly, it wouldn’t bother me one bit if we never saw flippers again. They are total parasites who just suck money out of naive buyers’ pockets.
Still don’t understand why anyone would want to pay flippers $100K (or more) to do a $10K job — and the work is often sub-standard as well.
There should be a “flipper tax,” too!

That's great news for "contractors", but it screws the rest out of capitalism. Dumbest thing I ever heard. Ah yes, government putting in policies that don't make sense. Welcome to the world of regulation regulation regulation regulation.

June 6, 2008 at 7:49 AM #218269AnonymousGuestGreat. The communists have taken over Washington. What’s next, a gulag for anyone attempting to make a profit by working harder? How about a concentration camp for anyone selling anything for more than they paid?
I predict, and hope, that this law will be struck down as un-constitutional. What the hell ever happened to “private property?”June 6, 2008 at 7:49 AM #218318AnonymousGuestGreat.
