Just got the FedEx with the loan docs from USAA. Unfortunately it is full of errors included the interest rate. Hopefully just a not so bright loan originator and not a sign of things to come. A good friend of mine said its best to just acknowledge that no matter how hard you try you invariably get bent over and rammed throughout the homebuying process. So very Buddhist of him. On the bright side of things we’ve had fantastic luck with our Realtor. My wife couldnt be more pleased with seeing me with my superior intellect eat crow on that one. 🙂

All in all its been pretty enjoyable so far and Im hoping for the best.
