Santaluz: North Coastal

UTC (North University City): Central Coastal

Clairemont and University City: Central Inland

To this date, I am still befuddled by this.

Yeah… those descriptions are geographically wrong.

Not sure how you can say Santaluz is coastal and Clairemont is inland. Are there ocean view homes in Santaluz? There sure are in Clairemont.

Yes. There are also ocean view houses in Penasquitos, Rancho Bernardo and 4S Ranch (all further inland than Santaluz). Still not very coastal 🙂

Neither Rancho Bernardo nor 4S Ranch show up in the San Diego Union Tribune real estate listings as “North County Coastal”.

I don’t think anything more than 5 miles from the coast should be called “Coastal”, but I digress.
