    I disagree on all points.

    USA-Ghana is essentially a coin toss. Both teams are as likely to win. USA is a bit stronger, but Ghana enjoys home continent advantage.

    Overall, USA is the third weakest team in the playoffs stage, only Japan and Slovakia are weaker.

    I have $20 on Uruguay to win.

    I do think the US team has a slightly better chance to win against Ghana. In any case it will a close game and very interesting to watch. As for the other pairings: Uruguay will beat South Korea, Brazil will beat Chile, Spain and Portugal will draw and Spain will win the penalty kicks, Germany will beat England, Argentina will destroy Mexico and Japan will beat Paraguay, Netherlands will win against Slovakia.
