we all do frankly. But I’ll say this. In “normal” times I wouldnt worry if I were going to sell. Hypothetical “if” i were to sell now, I would be slightly concerned. Just as during the bubble, we had a situation in which some sellers were completely unreasonable by demanding buyers to waive contingencies in as far as waiving some contingencies for inspections(yeah, go figure, some actually did this and bought under these terms in the bay area), I think we might have the opposite affect going on here in which you have a buyer that demands a deep discount for something as little as a paperwork glitch…In hindsight, I probably should have gotten the paperwork fixed in a timely manner. Fortunately, I don’t think I’ll be selling in the foreseeable future.
