Thanks guys and gals for the info on pool ownership. I think right now I’d rather have a community pool- which brings me to Warmington’s Trieste. At around 700K, does this represent value now, at least compared to SEH and 4S ranch? Is Warmington one of the better builders? Do these lots have decent views?

Have you been over there yet? It looks great on the MLS, but I went over to check things out and the houses were pretty squished together. And aren’t the Mello roos fees pretty bad there too? Don’t know about the quality of the houses.
