ParticipantYes I agree … for long term living, this appears to be ok time. For us it simply came down to the difficult question .. Should we buy the one which meets most of our requirements and buy at today’s price-point or should we pass on this one and try to get additional 5-10% discount on something (unknown) in future. This house is somewhat unique for the neighbourhood with larger lot and ocean views etc … other properties in the area are also nice but dont have a larger lot and privacy etc.
