After reading some investment posts here, it gives me an idea to use the equity to purchase a small investment property. I would like to see maximum cash flow and it seems that many in favor of 1/1 Condo. I live in North County Inland. I would prefer to look in an area not far for easier management. Where do you recommend? Is it possible to reach the 1% ratio (rent is 1% of the purchase price) in the surounding area? Thanks.
