As a addicted lurker to this blog I found something interesting tonight. Do you all remember up until recently, 3 or 4 of the active forum topics were examples of the price drops all over the county? They would generate tons of buzz and would stick around for days. Now look over there. Not one thread showing examples of the HUGE drops we are seeing. It is amazing that in the face of all the homes that are upside down financially, one of the most popular housing blogs is talking about first dates and joint checking accounts. We have become so used to this train wreck that it isn’t news on a case by case basis. I guess it is so bad out there that it isn’t even worth showing examples. We have come a long way.
