TG- There was a recent topic started that discussed agents showing preference for a variety of reasons. And in this market, I believe it. I was an agent for about 10 years and I saw lots of sleazy behavior. No shortage in this business.
My guess is that REO’s are probably the sellers most of the time and they have a cadre of brokers they use to get the job done. Does this sound about right to you? I’m not interested in Temecula, but I’m guessing that it’s experiencing roughly the same things as other areas in the state with similar geographical locations and backgrounds.

Another strange thing I am hearing now is smallish regional banks (such as downey savings) are going into the rental market, renting out the foreclosures for the time being instead of putting them on the market.
