    Yes those poor savages north of adams.

    I am surprised Mark has not taken his own life.

    I live there too and that zip has some of the highest ppsf and lowest % of defaults of any urban zip code. There are currently lees than 90 default and lis pendens actions in the dump.

    Congrats to you on your escrow. How exciting for you, $90/sf is a deal. I’m shocked at what I’m seeing in Murrieta area right now some sub $75/sqft….kinda crazy.

    I heard that the banks are slowing down on putting REO’s on the market, do you have any insight on this? Did you have to fight multiple offers to get your home? Just trying to gage the market activity up there and would like to know your experience….Did you work through an agent?
