Its going much lower. Morgan Hill isn’t the nicest area in Temecula and is still way over priced and over rated. If you want to live in a yuppie/trendy high tax area, you should look at Harveston. Harveston’s location is 200% better than Morgan Hill and you get more amenities and a decent lake with paths, parks, and what not. Homes have been priced better in Harveston too.
