Don’t get me started on the bio-engineered Frankenstein food.
I have to say.
After reading this, I have decided to walk across the street for a super mcgutbuster with a sundae.I may request it with a side of olestra and splenda.
Haven’t decided.

November 17, 2009 at 3:42 AM #483495GHParticipantMy wife and I stopped eating foods high in sugar (Ice Cream, Candy, Soda, Cookies, Cake etc) about 4 months back, and although the Ice Cream isle at the grocery store sometimes beckons I just pass it by. I have not really noticed any big differences although we have both lost some weight. We did not try for 100%, and for example I still have a level tea spoon of raw sugar in my morning coffee, but we did eliminate some 90% by my estimate, which I think moderation being the base for a good diet is pretty good going.

To be fair, that bioengineering has the potential both to end world hunger and save millions of acres of rainforest.
This is another example of why we are already at an unsustainable population. Many bio engineered foods are already having an adverse effect on health. Note particularly the massive increase in allergy related problems.
