    I have been following the 92078 zip code for some time now and it seems Centex Homes has not been able to sell this particular home (and another one like it for the past 6 months) : 688 SADDLEBACK WAY

    but no reduction in the asking price ($630k approx). Freebies like Plasma TV dont cut it at this price !!

    What gives ?
