7496 Circuola Sequioa. It was on a 15,000 sq ft lot and it sat on it at an angle so it actually had a huge back yard and an equally large side yard both with ocean views. The backyard was going to be a kiddie paradise for my children and the side yard was going to a pool/outdoor kitchen/tuscon fireplace paradise for the grown-ups. It was a unique location unlike any others in that price range and I loved the floorplan (Plan 2 with the center courtyard). It was a very good deal at 950K.
If I have anything, its a great eye for for great real estate and a vision of what things could be.

I am suprised to see LCO at $1.25. Everytime I see a 2005 sale, I discount by 20%. I hope this is just the exception to my rule.
