My wife and agent looked at this house, a REO, a few months ago. She liked the inside and it had a great view; I couldn’t get past the exterior, so I kinda doomed it. I don’t remember the original listing price, but it sold for $340 on Oct. 22.
It is on the market again, as of Nov. 5, but for $435. I say “brazen” because I can’t immediately tell from the photos what if any upgrades have been done in the mere two weeks since it (apparently) officially changed hands.
Edit: Oh, it claims new carpet and paint, but the additional photos seem to be all of the outside.
