I also heard the condos are selling like hot cakes because of the lower prices! FYI – the condos do have their own pool and club house.

Also, does seem interesting that when Santee comes up, there’s always an effort to try to sell Santee as being an up and coming. Why is that? No respect for the area or something?

A lot of people are looking for an affordable place in a safe and “reasonable” neighborhood. Santee comes to mind if you look for a town that is improving. When you drive along Mission Gorge Rd. you can notice how Santee is growing into a nice town with many new stores and restaurants.
