I personally would not buy a new SUV for safety reasons. I’d buy one if I could easily afford one and wanted one.
But really? An SUV is the same price as a condo investment in Vegas.
spd, I did buy in what I would consider the “ghetto/hood”. But like you said, it’s not all that bad. Just choose carefully and know the areas.
