Should I get back in the market now?

I have my savings in cash reserves, but it looks like the DOW has been heading up and the economy is showing green shoots. Any suggestions about where to put your money now?

No, you should have gotten back into the market around March 11, 2009 or so. All you’ll be doing now is facing a higher risk of catching a temporary top.

Short term bonds and/or TIPs.

No, you should have gotten back into the market around March 11, 2009 or so. All you’ll be doing now is facing a higher risk of catching a temporary top.
