    Dooh I did not say that the listing agent did anything legal or illegal. However my advice to you are the logical steps that you should follow assuming they did something illegal. Your agent should be able to counsel you accordingly but generally I have found that making assumptions that this or that happened based on postings is more often false or overblown then correct. Conversely many who Have complained of similar circumstance do so without even submitting a written offer. Whether you have a legitimate beef or not, what I suggested are indeed the prudent steps to take but by no means do I have any idea if what was illegal or not…

    I don’t think you will find a lot of overpaid

    Realtors these days.

    Most do it part time now.

    You can make all the insults you want.

    When I represent a seller, I do my best to get a solid deal that is in my seller’s best interests.

    Don’t get bitter just because you fucked up.

    There are lots of other places for sale.

    I think you have it wrong.

    During the boom, the Realtors were the pimps (albeit incompetent ones) and the whores were the people who traded their financial freedom for granite counters in Riverside County.

    I am lucky that of all my buyers, I am aware of only one (a married couple) who is now upside down.

    They are not terribly upside down but we may end up doing a short sale because they are splitting up.

    That is the kind of thing that causes me to lose sleep at night.

    I am glad I was late to the agent party.

    Spewing vitriol, Paramount, just because you got tricked out all over town doesn’t make a strong argument.

    Just makes me wonder if you need me to call the whambulance.

    I can’t convincingly make a counterfactual argument here but I doubt you would have been so screwed with a better agent.

    If it had been me, I would have watched your back better.

    Even with all your cheap shots.
