For three years I’ve heard the tale in various forms, it never happened like they said, unlikely it ever will because now it wont even provide enough inventory for a “normal” year.
I took these links from posts that schizo made over a year ago, not sure who runs this data site but the informations is quite telling. Back then, the numbers went down every month, now they show a slight rise in price and decline in inventory for the past six months. In late 2007, san diego inventory was twice what it is today.
