essentially prices have flatten out at roughly $160/sqft, or 35% off peak, even in La Mesa.

ParticipantI liked the smallest model of these homes – 2,077 sf. If they came down to the high $300k – low $400k range in the La Mesa school district side of the development (vs. Spring Valley), I’d consider buying one.
