ParticipantVery hard to give a number without knowing the lot. It seems, and I am no expert, but it seems that lot size and view can change the prices in Stonebridge quite a bit. Upgrades will alos play a significant factor in the overall price point as well.

Participantwhy not consider a resale?
http://www.sdlookup.com/MLS-110015236-15595_Pinehurst_Pl_San_Diego_CA_92131
this is at Viscaya. single story with a pool and some upgrades. for sale at $930k.
let’s just say $130k for the upgrades, then comparable new homes should be around $800k. Sure enough, most of the recent new home sales from the CityVenture Viscaya II has been +/- 800k.
I would say Serenity should be about the same.

ParticipantIt’s like what Familyguy is saying. To give you a price we really need to know that exact house and actually visit the lot to give an opinion. And really it would just be an opinion. If you are planing on spending 880K and put in 100K to finish the back yard, I would go with a resale. You can find some really nice houses out there for the high 900’s low million. Serenity has a cheaper feel to me then some of the other houses in Stonebridge.
