The high 800k is really 900k+ at Serenity. Being a Stonebridge resident I’m speechless that people are still buying up the homes out here. Calabria sold out…who the heck bought that last batch, they are packed in like sardines? You could find better value by picking up an existing property. In my hood there could be a house on the market shortly, landscaped, very nice interior upgrades, so-so lot. Owners have lost their job. They are not upside down with their loan.

This means you are paying over $1 million for a house in a not so nice area of Scripps Ranch. Also, does the MR end in 15 years?

I agree that given time you will see stonebridge and other like areas dip again but you need to set your timeframe out quite awhile.
