Thanks. Good idea. But I counted a lot of times and we sure seem to be wthin the inspection contingency. How irritated do I have a right to be at the realtor who didn’t push me to have a septic inspection. I recall bring the one who brought it up and him asking if I wanted one, also talk of home warranties and “not worrying about everything”. I don’t think this is covered by a warranty although I only cursorily read it.
Is it going to be possible to be 110 percent certain the job can be done ????

In order to release that contingency you have to sign a form releasing it. You would know if you did that. Unless your agent slipped it in and had you sign it without explaining it (very highly unlikely but possible) you still have the contingency escape clause.As for the agent, my expereince selling properties up your way is that the agents are awful. You have a right to be irritated but the next one is likely just the same. My guess is it is likely inexperience on the whole or in selling properties on septic.
